The United Methodist Men's group is our male Bible study group. This group normally meets once a month for their regular Bible study, but also has other activities, such as fishing, bowling, and ice cream outings. They host a large number of activities and events in our church and community. Some of these events include, an annual Lenten Breakfast, a Father and Son Banquet for Father's Day, an Easter Egg Hunt, a visit from Santa Claus before Christmas, and a cookout for the New Market Community Garage Sale. The Men's group also offers to financially sponsor kids to attend church camps. This group is open to men of all ages.

Women's Group

The Women's group is our female Bible study group. This group encourages fellowship with women and being leaders in the church and community. The Women's group meets once a month for their regular Bible study meetings, but also has additional activities, such as eating out and prayer meetings. They also sponsor church and community events, such as our annual Mother & Daughter banquet for Mother's Day, a bake sale for the New Market Community Garage Sale, and 50+ Community Meals. Our women's group is open to women of all ages.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is a program that we participate in during the summer, in collaboration with the New Market Christian Church, the New Market Baptist Church, and the Crossroads Nazarene Church. It is a week long event that includes Bible learning, a parade through New Market, crafts, singing, snacks, and more fun activities. This program is for children beginning at age 3 through grade 6.

Community Thanksgiving Meal

Each year, we host our annual Community Thanksgiving Meal on one of the Saturdays before Thanksgiving. We prepare, serve, and deliver up to 400 meals to anyone who wants it.

Community Rummage Sale

We participate in the annual New Market Community Rummage Sale during August in several ways. We host our own rummage sale, a food court, a blood drive, and a bake sale on that day.
